Privacy notice

This explains what we collect when you join our waiting list or download the book resources, and what we do with it. We’ve kept it short and plain on purpose, because many of the people reading it are 14 to 16.

Who we are

The Achievers Hub Ltd (company number 17156567, registered office Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Waterlooville, PO8 0BT) runs this website and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number ZC271014). If you have a question about your data, email info@theachievershub.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Your first name and email address.
  • Whether you’re a parent, student or tutor.
  • If you apply for the beta: which subjects you’re interested in and, for parents and students, the year group (10 or 11). This is only used to pick a fair mix of testers.
  • If you take part in the beta: the feedback you send us.
  • Whether you ticked the box to get revision tips and offers.
  • For the book resources, the code you entered and when you downloaded the files.

We don’t ask for your age, school, address or phone number, and we don’t use advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

  • To email you about your waiting list place, founding prices and our launch, because you asked us to.
  • To run the beta: choosing testers, sending login details and asking for feedback, because you applied.
  • To send you the download link for the book resources, because you asked for it.
  • To send revision tips and offers, only if you ticked that box.

Every email has a way to unsubscribe. We never sell your details.

Where it’s kept

Your details are stored with Supabase (our database, hosted in Ireland) and our emails are sent through Resend (from its EU region). The website is hosted by Netlify. These companies process data for us under contract and can’t use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep waiting list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Book download links stop working after 7 days, and we delete download records after 12 months. We delete beta applications that didn’t get a place by 31 March 2027, and keep beta feedback only for as long as it helps us improve the platform.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@theachievershub.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
